Wythnos Ffasiwn Graddedigion!

Oeddwn i wedi bwriado ffilmio fideo ddoe a phostio’r fideo fyny heddiw. Ond na. Dwi’n sâl… Mae gen i anwyd to end all anwyds a dwi’n siarad fel train conductor.

BETH BYNNAG mae hyn yn gyfle gwych i mi edrych yn ôl ar yr Wythnos Ffasiwn i Raddedigion mis dwytha’ achos dwi wedi bwriadu ysgrifennu post ers ages, ond dwi wedi bod rhy brysur! Ac er bod bron mis wedi mynd bellach, allai ddim jest anwybyddu’r dalent a fu yn y digwyddiad!Mae Wythnos Ffasiwn i Raddedigion yn gyfle arbennig a pwysig iawn i Raddedigion Ffasiwn ledled y wlad oherwydd dyma’r digwyddiad cyntaf a’r cyfle cyntaf iddynt arddangos eu gwaith. Dyma gyfle iddynt ddangos i’r cyhoedd be maen nhw’n gallu creu!

Beth am i ni gychwyn efo YR ysgol ffasiwn, sef Central Saint Martins. Mae’r coleg celf yma wedi creu sêr go iawn ym myd ffasiwn, yn cynnwys Alexander McQueen a Stella McCartney, felly disgwylir gwaith ffab o’r sioe yma! Beth sy’n arbennig iawn gyda chyflwyniad runway CSM ydi fod yr amrywiaeth o waith gan ddisgyblion y coleg yn anhygoel. Does dim un casgliad yn debyg i’r llall! Ewch i gael golwg drwy CLICIO YMA.

Yn symud ymlaen i Northbrook College Sussex, fy hoff ddarn oedd y ffrog unigryw yma. Dwi’n rili licio’r steil ‘chydig yn preppy ond dwi’n hoffi’r darn yma’n arbennig oherwydd y neckline gwahanol. CLICIWCH YMA i weld y llun ar dudalen VOUGE.

Ac, wrth gwrs, mae hi’n bwysig IAWN agor sioe gyda rhiw fath o bang. A pa ffordd well o agor sioe ‘na gyda mygydau anifeiliaid? Agorwyd sioe Prifysgol Salford gyda dillad dynion ac roedd y modelau yn gwisgo mygydau anifeiliaid.. Conffiwsd? Ia, fi ‘fyd… Hoff fwgwd fi ydi’r un jiraff. CLICIWCH YMAAAA i weld y casgliad.

I had planned to film a video and post it today. But no. I’m sick… I’ve got a cold to end all colds and when I speak I sound like a train conductor.

ANYWAY it’s a great opportunity to chat about the recent Graduate Fashion Week that took place last month because I had been meaning to write about it for ages, but I haven’t had the time! And although a month has gone by, I just can’t ignore the talent I saw!

Graduate Fashion Week is an amazing and important opportunity for Fashion Graduates all around the country as this is the first chance they have to showcase their work. It’s their chance to show the world what they can do!

So let’s start with THE fashion college, Central Saint Martins. The fashion school had created real stars, such as Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney, so big things are always expected from their shows! What I found amazing about their show this year is that the range of different designs and ideas were so vast. No collection is similar to the last. Go take a look, CLICK HERE.

Moving onto Northbrook College Sussex, my favorite piece was this unique dress. I love the style which is a tad preppy, but I especially love it because of the neckline. Very different from what I’ve seen before! CLICK HERE to see the dress on th VOGUE website.

And, of course, starting your show with a bang is VERY important. And what better way to open a show than with animal masks? The University of Salford opened their show with male models in animal masks… Confused? Yeah, me too… But my favourite was the giraffe one. CLICK HEREEE to see the collection.
